3 minute Mayonaise

Use 1 egg and adjust volume to 10 cl with vinegar (rice vinegar worked for me)

Pepper and Salt

1 spoon of mustard

Top off te volume with 35 cl of salad oil (or combination of rapeseedoil and salad oil)

Move the stand mixer in an upward motion 3 or 4 times

Put your Mayonaise in the fridge

done!
