Hello all you Calgary guides! Since it seems tricky to get us all together in one chat for a meetup, I’d like to invite you all to start a planning session here with me. I propose we meet in April 2018 on a nice day, break into teams and try to capture as many locations and pictures as we can. How about we meet at a coffee shop in downtown Calgary, near a C-train stop? I am going to try and add some Calgary folks to this chat and I invite you all to do the same. Thank you for your help in creating some momentum!

I’m game for a Calgary meetup! Are there any details planned as of yet?
Would you be interested in doing a local guides meet up October 16th 6pm? It would correspond with the world wide google connect meeting on the same day in San Francisco. I want to get as many local Calgary guides together to meet at the new Horizon Mall NE of Calgary near Balzac. Do a blitz to add photos, store info, and reviews, and then all go for food and drinks either in the mall or nearby.

Unfortunatly there are only a few stores open in the New Horizon Mall in NE Calgary. Feel free to still gather at the east entrance at 6:30pm Oct 16th and collect google maps data from the few stores that are open. But I will not be attending. I will schedule another get togehter after the grand opening.
Hey, I unfortunately cannot make Oct 16th. I will be at the Connect Live event! How about a local guide meet up in November? I think there is a place where you can host an event. What are your thoughts?
