Sharing and updating the amazing story of 2 incredible Rotarian Local Guides from Kerala India and their currently on-going amazing Trans-Asia cycling expedition. Ajith KK @AjithCyclist and Fayis KV @Fayis2001 , are 2 young activist friends from Kozhikode district in Kerala. Starting from 8th August 2019 through 8th December 2019, they will cover over 8000kms in approx 120 days, by bicycle crossing 7 countries, from Kerala India through multiple states in India, to Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia and finally to Singapore. I am taking this opportunity to update on their expedition periodically, share some photos here on behalf of them, with the worldwide Local Guides community. Because coverage, data access and time is very limited during their journey.

The plan for this Trans-Asia cycling expedition started a few months ago, when Ajith and Fayis came together to promote greener transportation, create awareness on health, raise funds for a local dialysis unit and flood victims for the current raging monsoon season in the state of Kerala India. Over the last few months, both have prepared and trained hard for this long journey. Their expedition is assisted by the Rotary club which will help with food and accommodation in most places they pass by. Both of them are honorary Rotarians. Google Maps and all the amazing data contributed by all Local Guides will be assisting them along the way.
Here is the story of the on-going adventure and expedition. (For more photos and detailed updates on their journey, one can private message me for the social media accounts, both of them are keen to connect with everyone, shared with their prior permission)
