10 weeks of learning and fun

Hello Local Guides

I am really Excited to share this post to appreciate and thank @PaulPavlinovich for conducting virtual photography workshop for local guides,

Where we learnt about how to take better pictures for google maps,

Different concepts of photography
Different types of cameras, lenses and techniques of photography
Every Sunday we all would be so excited to learn something new and also interact with special speakers who talked about a particular topic and shared some great tips

The add on was the task given at the end of the session where we were asked to take pictures related to topic discussed in that week, Paul would personally comment on each picture and give us all feedback for the same, on next weekend he selects 3 favorite pictures which he liked the most and asks the local guides to talk about the photo.

On 5th of July we had the last workshop and decided to Thank him as it was occasion of Guru purnima in India (a day celebrated to thank our Teachers), some of the regular attendees (FalguniP, NitaBC, RiyaMathew, Devansh Jain, Jesi, Ania, Anshuk, Max, Rosy kholi, shreeya Barai, Jaison, and Many ) came together and sent a video message thanking Paul, @AnandaSim and @MaxPlusFood for helping us to learn so much

You can read about the workshops here : Virtual Photo Workshop 1 to The culmination of 10 weeks of photography workshops

The workshops were a huge amount of fun @rajuroyal and seem to have sparked off some other people doing series meet-ups too which is awesome to see.

The thank you video was such an amazing experience - I was quite lost for words afterwards.

Thank you for sharing it again here - I really appreciate it.

I have also enjoyed seeing people in the class who are sharing images on insta and have seen them grow as photographers.
