Parliament House Tours

See the inner workings of the Victoria Parliament. The tours are limited to the first 25 people at varies times.

Melbourne Town hall tours

Visitors can learn about the architectural, social and political significance of this impressive 19th-century building.

The tours are free with a maximum of 10 people per tour. Bookings are required with at least 24 hours notice.

Queen Victoria Market

The market offers some amazing International food with seasonal night markets held on Wednesdays 5pm-10pm

ArtPlay

ArtPlay is where children from babies to 12-year-olds can explore their creativity and share unique artistic experiences with professional artists. Bookings are required for most workshops, however, free drop-in events are available too.

The RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) Museum - is located 22 km south-west of Melbourne. Learn about life in the Air Force, see an extensive collection of memorabilia and hear stories of Australia’s military aviation expeditions.

Shrine of Remembrance - the war memorial in Melbourne, was built to initially honour the men and women of Victoria who served in World War I, but now functions as a memorial to all Australians who have served in any war. With an eternal flame always burning as a symbol of sacrifice and of the perpetuity of remembrance. Learn the stories of heroism and sacrifice from the varies wars, see a collection of war memorabilia and the Books of Remembrance with carefully inscribed names of services men and women. Also, don’t forget visitor can go up to the roof of the Shrine for some great views of Melbourne.

The Queen Victoria Market has a huge range of international food. Highly recommend when your in Melbourne to visit.

@EwanArnolda pretty nice post my friend… Melbourne seems to be such an interesting place… here in Peru Melbourne is known for its tennis tournaments at the beginning of every year :slightly_smiling_face: which other cities in Australia do you consider attractive to visit ?
