When I look at your profile I see you have 32474 points. And your screenshot mentions 42056 points.
Are those the correct figures you also see?
Please visit this link and make sure that you have selected “Keeping activity until you delete it manually”.
Otherwise, you will keep losing points from answers given by you when they get deleted automatically by Google.
This should solve your problem in the future. Sorry, there is no way to recover the points you already lost.
I believe losing points this way is the most likely explanation.

When you have questions, try using the search field at the top first. Then check the Help desk documents and What are Connect topics before asking a new question in the How-to section.

Все верно, было в последний раз 42 056 а счас 32474( и почему так сразу в такой большом количестве пропали не могу понять! Раньше было такое год назад ( пропало где-то 7 000 но потом через какое-то время появились (спросил в чем проблема была, так и не ответили )
надеюсь что вернутся, так как баллы мне трудно собирались

A visit to tour profile page reveals that the count of answers to questions is zero. That’s highly unlikely as that remains a convenient way to gain some quick points.
Possibly, giving importance to privacy, you have chosen to delete app history.
When we delete the history, that also removes the answers to the questions.
That results in a drastic reduction in points.
Further, the loss is irrecoverable.
To prevent further damage, you need restoring that to “Auto delete off” in “Maps History” options menu in “settings”.
However, it’s possible to recover that loss to some extent. In the contribute now section you will find a dedicated tab “Answer questions”, “simple yes/no questions”. Attempt that and try to recover some of the loss.

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
As I mentioned it is not very likely that your points will come back.
If there was a sync error it could be possible, but if the low number has been steady for a few days now it is not the problem.
