hello my fellow local guide friends, from many months I am seeing a hidden review in my profile which shouldn’t be hidden
I have checked many ways to recognise what is wrong with this review but I couldn’t, I also filled the form regarding this but my review is still hidden, I don’t think that this review have anything wrong in it and I think this review is very helpful to others. please please resolve this problem and if there is anything wrong with this review please inform me.
and my second issue is that I got a mail in march regarding a reward from google maps but till now I didn’t received that reward, i have got email from deutsche post that your item is dispatched but after that no update was there, and it only didn’t happened with me, It happened with most local guides from India that they didn’t got their reward, here are screenshot of mails which I received from google then
Please guide me to resolve these two problems

@Prince_Kumar reg. “hidden review”:
I don’t know, if this the only problem, but the first thing to do, would be removing the redundant images. All four on the screenshot look the same or at least very similar to me.

hey @WilfriedB actually they are not similar, there were different timings of the doctors which were displayed in screen so I clicked photos so that photos will help other to see doctor timings and available days

@Prince_Kumar I am convinced the analyzing AI would interpret them as redundant. I would remove the photos and write the timings as text.

When did you fill the form related to hidden contributions?
I’m afraid you will need to fix the review issues your self if the form is not helping you out.
I suggest you try removing redundant photos as suggested by @WilfriedB . opening hours should not be in photos only.

Thank You @MortenCopenhagen for helping me but regarding the reward issue I have filled the last form as you mentioned but after that too I didn’t got any update and I don’t know where my reward is hope you are understanding my issue
